About the event
Here's the basic plan:
Meet at the Studio at 8:00am and carpool to Port Townsend Park and Ride (behind Safeway) Ride to the Ferry and hop on the 9:30am ferry to Coupeville.
We'll explore Fort Casey and then ride the dirt trails through Fort Ebey. A lunch stop in Oak Harbor or Coupeville and then back home.
Medium pace with plenty of re-groups and a plenty of stops for snacks or photos. Somewhere between 40-50 miles with 2500ft-3500ft of climbing. Both pavement and dirt.
It most likely will rain on us, so plan accordingly. (Just tough it out) Bring cash or card for the ferry ride and for lunch.
